The make of your laptop should be on the top lid of your laptop, or alternatively on the base of the laptop.
The easiest way to determine your laptops screen size is by measuring the bottom left hand corner to the top right hand corner of the screen (not the rim) using a measuring tape or a ruler with inches on.
Click on 'Computer' and click 'System Properties'. Your RAM size is stated under 'System' or 'General' depending on the operating system you are running.
Click on 'Computer' Right click your hard drive (normally C:) and click properties to see the capacity and round it up to the nearest size on our quote form. If your laptop has multiple hard drives add both the capacities together.
Click on 'Computer' and click 'System Properties'. Your Processor size is stated under 'System' or 'General' depending on the operating system you are running.
Click on 'Computer' and click 'System Properties'. Your Operating System is stated under 'Windows Edition'.
The number of years between the date the laptop was bought brand new and the current date.
The model number can be found on the manufacturers label which is located on the bottom of the laptop.
