Packaging instructions
Laptop:
Mobile Phone and Tablets:

Pack your laptop securely in a box. Feel free to re-use any box you may have at home

Ensure the any empty gaps within the box are filled with bubble wrap or any form of paper to keep it secure.

Do not squash your laptop in a tight box as this will damage the edges of the laptop during transit.

Do not wrap your laptop with multiple pieces of cardboard as this will not protect it during transit.

Do not leave your charger plugged in when packing the laptop. Also do not place your charger on the lid of the laptop as this will damage the laptop screen during transit.

If sending multiples laptops, please place sufficent material between the laptops to avoid laptops being damaged in transit.

Once completed please seal the box securely with the packaging tape, not sealing correctly can cause loss of contents and can cause the packaging to open during transit.

Pack your device securely in the original box. Feel free to re-use any box you may have at home if you do not have the original box

Remove any sim cards or memory cards before sending in your phone as these would be disposed on arrival.

Please wrap your device with packaging material before placing it in the box to ensure safety in the post.

Once completed please seal the box securely with the packaging tape, not sealing correctly can cause loss of contents and can cause the packaging to open during transit.
Please note: Damage during transit due to poor packaging may result in a loss of value to the initial quote provided.
