1) Q: How long does it take before I get paid?

A: We do our best in making sure that you get paid as soon as possible. But we need to take certain measures and mark everything working before we proceed. Depending upon the condition of your laptop, the payment can take up to 9 working days.

2) Q: How do I get paid?

A: The payment can be transferred to your bank account, you can receive a cheque for the same or the payment can also be deposited to your PayPal account. Depending upon how you choose to receive it, you will get paid.

3) Q: How do I package my laptop?

A: We make sure your laptop reaches to us with best care. We send a pink box (safety box) out to the courier and the laptop is collected the same day. You can pack and send the laptop to us how ever you want and we will add an extra 10 pound to the total amount you are duly to receive.

4) Q: Do I have to pay for postage?

A: No, you don't have to pay a dime as any handling or postage charges. The laptop will be picked from your doorstep any day of your choice. You can pack it however you want and our courier partner will take care of the rest.

5) Q: Do I need to delete all my data?

A: You can go ahead and delete all your data if you have spare time but you need not worry if you can't, as we wipe all data from the hard drives after receiving them.

6) Q: What if I have received a better quote from another company?

A: We can assure you that our quote is genuine and best for the product you list but in case you receive a better quote from another company, you can give us a call and I am sure if worth the price, we will beat it.
