Terms and Conditions. Please read all twelve.

1. You will be paid the exact amount quoted unless the laptop is not as described, has undeclared damage or is in conflict with term 8.

2. If your laptop is not as described, has undeclared damage or is in conflict with term 8 we may lower your quote or reject your laptop. If you do not accept the new lower quote or your laptop has been rejected you will have to pay a £20 fee for the return postage and packaging of your laptop. This must be paid within 14 days of notice.

3. All amounts are paid into a PayPal account within 7 working days of receiving your laptop unless in conflict with terms 2, 4, 5 or 6

4. All laptops must be sent with proof of address. This should be a letter with both your name and address on it.

5. If we receive any stolen goods they will be automatically handed to the police with the senders details and no money will be deposited into your PayPal account.

6. BuyMyLaptop.co.uk hold the right to cancel any quotes at any time. If your quote is cancelled while the laptop is in our hands we will pay for the laptop to be returned to you unless in conflict with any other terms.

7. We take no responsibility for any laptops that are lost or damaged during shipping. All parcels are covered with £150 insurance and you will get paid as soon as we receive compensation from the courier.

8. If you miss the courier collecting your laptop we will pay for another collection but up to £12 will be deducted from your quote.

9. If you provide any fraudulent documents we will be forced to hold your laptop until real documents are received. We have a one chance rule and if you send fake documents a second time or don’t send any documents within 30 days you will have to pay £20 to get your laptop back and pay the postage charges.

10. BuyMyLaptop.co.uk take no responsibility for any laptops that malfunction while in our possession.

11. Once you are paid for your laptop you give all ownership rights to BuyMyLaptop.co.uk.

12. By accepting these terms and conditions you certify that you are the legal owner of the laptop and understand the consequences of any of the above terms.
